Vi troverete in un agglomerato di circa 100 case-grotta, cantine, ricoveri per animali, laboratori di trasformazione agricola, silos per la conservazione dei cereali e forni, scavati nella roccia, che occupa una superficie di 3000 mq.
Proseguirete con la visita, a Spilinga, di un’azienda produttrice di ‘Nduja, tipico salume calabrese, spalmabile e dal gusto particolarmente piccante, ma anche cipolla, vino e vari tipi di formaggi. Dopo una deliziosa degustazione vi sarà possibile acquistare i prodotti assaggiati.
